Starting the afternoon off right...

Tamarind Whiskey Sour & Apple Gin Rickey at Pok Pok in Portland. We had these with some chicken wings that Food & Wine deemed one of the "Best Dishes of 2007". They are totally right.

Pok Pok is AMAZING! So much flavor! So many spices! Yet all so balanced! Portland visitors, this spot is not to be missed.
